sites only visible by proxy

heres a good one..
i can view my main VPS site with no problems. (lxadmin)
i cant view a client domain on the vps - server not found error (happens on 2 accounts) BUT
its still pingable, and i can view it by proxy. a few people in the AUS can see it, spain can but germany cant....weird eh?

i have rebuilt the server and i can now access the IP address. will keep you informed if there are any other issues
